MIP Presents UkraineNOW Brand in Khmelnytskyi
On 24-29 August 2019, the Ukrainian Diaspora Youth Forum “Khmelnytskyi 2019” (UDYF) was held in Khmelnytskyi, with the Ministry of Information Policy of Ukraine presenting the UkraineNOW brand to the participants.
The Forum featured flashmobs, night torch-lit excursions, workshops, thematic sessions, panel discussions, the Independence Day celebration, meetings, and project design.
On August 28th, the Head of the Sector for Promotion of Ukraine in the World, Volodymyr Stavnichuk, took part in a thematic session titled “Key Steps toward Improving Information and Communication Environment: Ukraine—Diaspora”. He told the Forum’s participants of the single brand of Ukraine, the Ministry’s fields of competence, and the importance of further cooperation of state bodies with Diaspora organisations.
“Every Ukrainian abroad is Ukraine’s brand ambassador. Therefore, it is important that we establish effective and efficient communication and deepen ties with our Diaspora partners,” Mr Stavnichuk said.
