Students' Council under Ministry Discusses Projects for 2019
On 20 April 2019, the Students’ Council under the Ministry of Information Policy of Ukraine met at Ukrinform ArtHub.
The State Secretary of the Ministry, Artem Bidenko, spoke to the students. He proposed that the members of the Students’ Council take part in promoting and developing Ukraine NOW brand. “This year, let us develop Ukraine’s brand with creative ideas,” the State Secretary urged.
The Adviser to the Ministry of Information Policy of Ukraine, Maryna Sobotiuk, presented youth projects to be held by the Ministry in the regions this year. “The Ministry is holding Language Market for students in three regions. As of now, Chernihiv, Chernivtsi, and Uzhhorod are planned,” she said.
In turn, the students presented their own projects: Vlad Berezovskyi from Kharkiv, “Interview Era,” where politicians and celebrities are interviewed; Vasyl Stupak from Ostroh, a crisis communications project based on historical facts; Sophiia Rudanetska from Lviv, a “youth political club” for internship of young people willing to take part in statesmanship.
Earlier, on 24 November 2018, the Students’ Council under the Ministry met to report its activity in 2018 and discuss plans for the year 2019.
