“Classrooms and recreation rooms and equipped with TV sets with the full T2 package,” reports Oleksandr Bryhynets, the Adviser to the Minister of Information Policy on Broadcasting Renewal and Ukraine’s MP, who heads the Mission.

According to the commander of the unit, Major Oleksandr Prokopov, there is access to cable Internet and full 3G network in the area, so state border officers use mainly smartphones to get information.
