Commission on Promoting Ukraine Picks up Finalists of Ukraine’s Brand-Book Creation Competition
On 7 December 2017, three finalists of the competition for creating Ukraine’s brandbook, designed to implement Ukraine’s communication strategy, were chosen during the meeting of the Interagency Commission on Promotion of Ukraine in the World under the Ministry of Information Policy of Ukraine.
The finalists have to fine-tune their draft brand-books until December 15th and submit extended proposals as to its holistic vision, idea and perfection.
Separately, the Commission adopted proposals on promoting abroad Ukraine’s potential in the fields of investment, science and education and recreation. This is an important part, which will together with the brand shape Ukraine’s positive image in the international arena and create favourable conditions for attracting foreign investments.
It should be recalled that the Interagency Commission on the Popularization of Ukraine in the World was established by decree No. 467 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 7 June 2017 as part of the implementation of the Concept of the Popularization of Ukraine in the World and Promoting Ukraine's Interests in the Global Information Space, approved by the Government on 11 October 2016.
All the received proposals on creating Ukraine’s brand-book were placed on the Ministry’s website beforehand. Visitors to the website could vote for the proposals online.
