MIP: 'Ukraine-NATO. Security Formula' Exhibition Launched in Chernivtsi

On April 18th, the mobile exhibition ‘Ukraine-NATO. Security Formula’, organized with the support of the Ministry of Information Policy of Ukraine, was opened at the Scientific Library of Yurii Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University.

The exhibition was presented by Viktorija Cieminyte, Deputy Director of the NATO Information and Documentation Centre, Oleksandr Makobrii, the Chief Specialist of the Sector for Strategic Communications of the Ministry of Information Policy of Ukraine, and Svitlana Rotaienko, Project Manager of the NATO Information and Documentation Centre.

“During 69 years of its existence, NATO has proven its capability of protecting its member states. Hence, Ukraine’s Euro-Atlantic course towards joining the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, is on the top of our country’s security agenda,” Makobrii argued.

The opening ceremony was also attended by Mykhailo Pavliuk, the First Deputy Head of the Chernivtsi State City Administration; Stepan Melnychuk, President of Yurii Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University.

The exhibition ‘Ukraine-NATO. Security Formula’ is dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the signing of the Charter on a Distinctive Partnership between Ukraine and NATO. It was set up with the support of the NATO Information and Documentation Centre in Ukraine, the Ministry of Information Policy of Ukraine, and the Ukrainian Crisis Media Centre.
