Oleksandr BRYGYNETS is a public activist and politician, people’s deputy of Verkhovna Rada of the VII convocation, deputy of the Kyiv Council of the V-VI convocations, journalist and television producer.

Employment and Public Activities

Worked as a correspondent for Kyivska Pravda newspaper, editor of Molod publishing house, editor of Chas periodical, and manager of Terytoriia A creative agency;

As a television producer he created television projects for TV channels 1+1, ICTV, Pershiy Natsionalniy (First National TV Channel), Kyiv, and others;

Worked as advisor to the Prime Minister of Ukraine (Yulia Tymoshenko);

Deputy of the Kyiv Council of the V-VI convocations, Secretary of the Commission On Culture and Information Policy, Head of Kyiv Council Commission on Culture and Tourism;

People’s deputy of Verkhovna Rada of the VII convocation, Chairman of Verkhovna Rada Subcommittee on Protection and Popularization of Cultural Heritage;

Member of Supreme Council of Ukrainian Society for Preservation of Historic and Cultural Monuments since 2011;

Deputy Chairman of the Confederation of Free Trade Unions of Ukraine since 2013.
